Exchange & Returns

- Refund process will be completed after the confirmation of the actual products returned. (Return shipping cost is NOT supported.)

- Accept returns for refund ONLY in the unused original condition within 7 days of receipt of the order. 

- NOT available for the exchanges of the products: the product must be returned with cancellation and re-ordered.

- Eligible for return only in the unused condition; returned products MUST include all the product tags and poly bag. Damaged products in the return process will not be eligible for refund.
